Cordeze® Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for return, an item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
For a full refund, the purchase must have taken place within the last 14 calendar days and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. In the event an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, only a partial refund will be granted. The same will apply to returns requested after the 14-day return window.
In order to begin processing the return, please go to Contact Us and use the message form. Specify refund or exchange, and explain the reason for the return and the product that you are returning. We will send an email to you with return instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the product owner. Any product returned C.O.D. will be have the shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you our acceptance or refusal of the refund. If accepted, we will credit the payment method within 7 to 10 business days. For delayed or missing refund payments, please contact your bank directly, as some processing time is needed by them to complete the transaction.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges will only be made on defective items.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
