Return Policy
A store credit may be offered on returns for up to 30 days from date of purchase with receipt and at the sole discretion of CordEze LLC.
To be eligible for a return, all parts/items must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. Contaminated and/or used product will not be considered.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No final sale items are eligible for a return.
Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of the return.
If you are approved, the store credit will be applied to your CordEze LLC account for future use through your CordEze account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are eligible for store credit upon approval.
Exchanges or refunds (if applicable)
We only refund purchases or replace items if they are deemed defective due to manufacturing.
You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to manufacturing defect, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
